Sheep Street Fibers is THE Sheep-to-Shawl yarn shop in Indiana.

Sheep Street Fibers is a unique yarn shop in that it is located on a 20 acre sheep farm. We raise and sell registered Shetland Sheep, as well as their fibers and yarns made from their fibers.

  • We sell yarns from many sources suitable for   whatever knitting or weaving project you are   planning.

  • We carry many kinds of fibers for those who wish to   spin their own yarn for their projects.

  • We carry fleeces for those who wish to prepare   their own fibers for spinning,and subsequently,   knitting or weaving.

  • We carry several kinds of spinning wheels and also   looms for weaving.

    In addition, classes in all of these skills are offered, from those suitable for beginners to special-technique classes for experienced fiber persons.

    This site provides information about our products and services.We are glad to take orders by telephone, but ideally, fiber shopping should be a tactile experience, so we urge you to visit the shop whenever possible.

    Located two and one-half miles west of Morgantown, Indiana on State Road 252, we are centrally located between Indianapolis, Bloomington, and Columbus.




    As you approach our location, from either direction on SR252, you will see a large green sign in the form of a sheep.
